Boys 8 and under baseball Try-outs!!! - Sunday April 15th 3-5pm
Mount Zion Youth Baseball will introduce an 8 years old and under (“8U”) travel baseball team for the 2012 season. The schedule for out 8U travel team will be much less intense than the standard 9U and older teams. This program is designed to give the boys and families a “taste” of travel baseball while maintaining a relatively low number of games, cost, and time commitment. The 8U season will run concurrent with the farm league and will wrap up prior to July 4. For complete detail click here

Farm League Dates Set, Mark your calendars!!! Key dates have been set for the upcoming Farm League season. Please check back for further details on each event.
March 24th - Farm League Draft, team selected and coaches will notify kids of practice time soon after.
Week of April 2nd - Farm League practice begin. Your teams time TBD.
Week of May 7th - Farm League Games begin. Games days and times coming soon.
May 12th - Picture Day. All team will have an assigned time for pictures. Details forth coming.
Week of May 18th - Farm League Tournament for pinto and Mustang ages.
MT Zion Baseball and Softball Fields Work Day, Saturday March 17th 8:30-11am @ Lion's Center
The board is looking for volunteer to help with preparing Mount Zion's softball and baseball fields for the upcoming season. Any interested volunteers should arrive at the Lion Center Saturday morning at 8:30am for work assignments.
Registration for 2012 Baseball & Softball @ MCGAUGHEY SCHOOL!!! MTZYBS will hold registration for the upcoming 2012 baseball & softball season on 3 day during Febuary. This year registration will be held at McGaughey School on the following dates; Thursday Feb 9th @ 5pm-7pm Wednesday Feb 15th @ 6pm-8pm Saturday Feb 18th @ 9am-1pm
